Filter, Oil & Component Change

Oil separator, oil filter, air filter, and all consumables replaced using Atlas Copco genuine parts. Drive belts and valves inspected. Cooler cleaned.

Performance Verification

Compressor run to operating temperature. Pressure, temperature, and current draw recorded and compared against manufacturer specification and previous visit data.

Questions About Our Service Contracts

How quickly can you start a service contract?
We can typically have a contract in place and an initial assessment visit booked within 5 working days. For urgent situations — for example, if your compressor has just come off manufacturer warranty — we can often accommodate faster. Call 01236 751922 to discuss.
Do you service compressors from other manufacturers, not just Atlas Copco?
Yes — our engineers are qualified on all major brands including Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, CompAir, and Gardner Denver. That said, our deepest expertise and parts availability is with Atlas Copco equipment, and we'll always tell you honestly if another specialist would serve you better.
What does PSSR 2000 compliance mean for my business?
The Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000 require you to have a written scheme of examination for pressure systems above certain thresholds, and to have those systems inspected by a competent person at the intervals the scheme specifies. Non-compliance can invalidate your insurance and result in HSE enforcement action. Our Premium plan covers this end-to-end.
Can I include multiple compressors on a single contract?
Absolutely — multi-unit contracts are common and usually come with a better per-unit rate. We'll visit all machines on a coordinated schedule to minimise disruption. Some customers with large fleets prefer staggered visits to ensure at least one compressor is always available during servicing.
What happens if a part fails between scheduled service visits?
All contract customers can reach our emergency line 24/7. Standard plan customers pay standard labour rates for out-of-schedule callouts. Pro-Active customers get our 4-hour SLA. Premium customers have emergency labour included in their contract — you only pay for any additional parts required beyond the scope of a standard repair.
Are your engineers PSSR-competent to sign off written schemes?
Yes. Our engineers hold dipCAM accreditation — the recognised industry qualification for compressed air engineering — and are competent persons under PSSR 2000 for the equipment types we service. We produce and maintain the written scheme as part of our Premium contracts, and sign off each periodic examination on your behalf.
